These appliances are for a vacation rental and the dishwasher is the last thing we’re waiting for to get it ready to rent, so it’s costing us $200 per day in lost income. After I canceled the order I saw on their site they had the same couch but had jacked up the price $200. It needs throwing away, and yet they’re trying to charge us $90 to return it to get our refund. Very professional service withe lowest price and best quality. I called before delivery to make sure everything necessary was included - cords, stacking kit etc. what success has anyone had in resolving issues with the company? A little frustrated that I called and and it was just very much down to business. We deliver to all over Australia including Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Darwin and everywhere in between. They forgot to leave some appliance paperwork and to remove transport struts in the washing machine. It appears they lock you into the false promise of delivering and when they realize they can charge someone else even more money they will falsely delay your order until you get to the point of frustration and cancel it, just so they can charge someone else more money.
Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe. Product was packaged securely. Would love the option to add things forgotten, such as removal of appliance when at checkout vs leaving web page and going back to cart. They were somewhat trustworthy a long time ago. Great customer service. They said because it was installed (just plugged in) they won’t take it back or refund our money. I had such a great experience that now we need a new dishwasher we need exactly where to buy it from.
It is almost one month later and the delivery was a no show and it has taken multiple emails and calls to Appliances Connection to find out what's going on.

I think I read somewhere that microwave is installed same day as delivery, which makes sense; if not, I hope there is not a long wait for installation. The range came damaged. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. It was for $5 off a purchase of $399 or more. If you can find your appliances at another supplier then do that - appliances connection are not upfront about availability or delivery times so you could be waiting for weeks or months for your appliance. but it's nothing to actually worry about.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery.
