What is the general wisdom for these questions as far as how they compare with the MBE actual questions?

What I've heard over and over is how BarBri Q's are often longer and more detailed, whereas the real MBE Q's are shorter and more to the point (though that doesn't mean easier, if the Q is about some obscure or well-concealed point). The short answer is that you’ll have access to over 2,500 MBE practice questions, and an MBE final prep comprised of 100 “real” MBE questions recently released by the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), during your BARBRI Bar Review course. Bought them to study for the Feb exam - they were just what I needed to focus my studying without the distractions of wanting to quickly skim ahead in the books.
There was a problem loading your book clubs. Barbri has a similar thread, so I thought I'd make one for Themis. Hell, even if someone said that they were ranked in the 20th percentile at this point on the StudySmart MBE stuff, I don't think it would be at all an issue at this point. It sounds to me like OP hasn't taken the bar exam before. But yea, adaptibar is where it's at!
These questions are released by the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), which is the organization that administers the MPRE exams.
The fact patterns at that level are just full of extra crap!
Nice to know that these are intentionally harder sample questions. One feature I like about Adaptibar is the electronic delivery...which means no heavy books to lug around. 0 bids. Got two 7/7s on the essays, and no below 5/7. So the standards note that your percentage correct will likely go down with each set. I've heard from some people that they found the actual MBE questions a bit easier, though some disagreement on this.
They seem really tricky.

These questions were drawn from previous MBE’s, with 30 questions for each of the seven MBE subject areas (including Civil Procedure).. The book that has questions that are the closest ones to the real exam is Kaplan MBE.
I'm hitting generally 60% or better on the couple subjects I've gone over (Con Law and Contract), with a even better scores here and there. Another 210 questions are included in the MBE Study Aid.. The impression I got from my friends using barbri and kaplan's question banks was that they were very frustrated at the quality of many of the questions, and the ones I saw didn't seem very realistic for what you'd see on the day of.

Adaptibar was a life saver, utilizing that was a huge reason I passed winter's exam, I'd recommend it to anyone.
