This is a great movie and probably my favorite X-Men movie to date. User rating, 4.7 out of 5 stars with 9837 reviews. It adds character, motivation, and cohesiveness to the story. The Rogue Cut is a nice, longer version that completes the narrative a bit, though it's not really necessary. This film in my eyes is one of the greatest X-Men Films ever! I always watch 3D movies in as dark a room as possible, this movie POPS! The Rogue Cut changes the story slightly but doesn't take away from, or even add much to, the theatrical version. I won't even bother to watch the theatrical. Theatrical version is far superior but special features don't disappoint. Since ever when they were sold for that all steelbook that I really wanna it. Days of Future Past is one of the top-tier X-Men films in my book, coming in only behind Logan. It kept me very interested in watching and the action never stopped. Even though this is the film that really screwed up the timelines, and makes it hard to watch the X-Men films in anything other than the release order, it still comes through with solid acting and a decent script. The most significant addition is a cool sequence which has Magneto and Iceman rescue Rogue from Xavier's school, which has been taken over for research purposes with Rogue as the test subject. The extra scenes bring more understanding of the plot as a whole and the background story of all the characters. The movie itself is great of course which is why I bought it. Magneto takes Rogue with him to Professor X, who fights off another Sentinel, and they escape the ruins of the Mansion.
