They aren’t allowed to get too close to the whales but the experience on the whole was good & the staff are great, felt safe on the boat & they even sent a coach to pick us up from our accomodation. Everything is supplied on all your reef tours. The snacks were tasty and the weather was beautiful. With covid I think this needs to be reviewed. Despite the initial scare, it was Clean & comfy with an upstairs but max of 8 allowed so difficult to get up there.
