If you have an instant read thermometer you can always check the internal temp and the indicted times of the recipe to be sure. This sounds awesome!
Made this tonight and cooked it 20 minutes….placed new potatoes in halfway through….meat was soooo tender and juicy. Absolutely the best pork I have ever made!!!!! More trouble than it’s worth.
