The food in my opinion was not up to scratch the sandwiches which we had to ask for to be brought around were already drying out and my hubby actually noticed he had some crusts not cut off properly, the wine offered was not to my taste so I only sipped one sip and then I asked to have cool drink instead, they wanted me to buy the cool drink but as I pointed out I only sipped the wine and the glass was still full, so a bit of an issue. The Hyatt Regency is a very plush hotel the rooms are a great size bathrooms really nice and clean. This is the second time this has happened when staying there . Cafe Restaurant is temporarily closed until further notice. Not being a fan of the slightly salty Mt Franklin water, I basically went thirsty.Being a celiac, I was limited in my dessert choice to fruit salad (which was 95% honeydew melon and not much else) and gelato, and nothing had labels advising of any potential allergens at all. more.
