Post Second, while I found that the essay questions were excellent (graders are extremely harsh, but that is a good thing), and the MBE questions were decent, I found it helpful to supplement Themis' material with other material. I guess they meant to teach you the rules because none of them are in the final review outline.
Keep crushin it - your homie at the bottom of the class. I bought it pretty cheap on amazon. MBE Q's: ~1,500; 50-55% (I really can't remember the exact numbers).

MBE Frequency Chart: Highly Tested MBE Topics. ; Real MBE questions!We offer the latest NCBE-released questions! I am taking Barbri, but I also have a tutor who suggests doing Themis MBE questions primarily.
There were about 40 questions where I know I guessed between 2 or 3 choices.
I never scored higher than a 62% on my practice MBE, and I received a 151 on the actual test. This is godsend.

I know plenty of hot shots who were law review, top 10%, let me tell everyone how well I am doing type of people who failed the bar. There are different “modes” you can practice MBE questions in, testing mode or practice mode. Now I’m scared I forgot everything.

At the end of the day, do not worry about law school GPA or where you rank is. Definitely didn't get that feeling. Thank you!!! If it makes you feel better, I had pretty low scores for the graded essays for which I didn't look at the book. Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life. Themis let me know that there were about 3,000 practice MBE questions included on its site, some “real” questions straight from the National Conference of Bar Examiners and some written by Themis. I'm curious as to how close Themis' review questions are to the actual bar, or how similar people felt they were once they took the real thing. I have the 2020 Themis Practice MBE Exams book with all the questions, but I don’t have access to the answers since they appear to be online through the course. I scored 58 points scaled score on contracts on the last bar exam so this first topic I wasn't the most worried about but saw a drop to 2/5 score on the first graded essay.
My understanding is that Barbri doesn't assign as many practice MBE questions as Themis does, so that might have something to do with it.

Edit: adding law school GPA for another comparison (I was very worried about this while studying), Law school GPA: 2.87, for my school I was ranked in the bottom 3rd quartile.

I did one 100 set at the beginning of the last week.
report. I felt alright about the bar exam....MPT/MEE went solidly and the MBE was not easy but I feel like I probably did okay. These Family Law lectures are killing me: "Family Law is straight-forward and common sense... so I'm going to go really slowly and repeat everything twice." The exam is administered over a two-hour period and consists of 60 multiple-choice questions: 50 scored questions and 10 unscored pretest questions. Now there's a charge.
