I already know the little food essays that dot the pages and open the chapters are excellent, because the writing is clear, learned, and vivid. I expect success. I think kindle is a bit difficult to navigate actually, but I am using it as a portable 'back-up' to my beloved hardback, so I already know what I'm looking for (e.g., locating a specific recipe or tip while in the grocery store, at my Mom's house, etc).
